At Lamad University, we believe that answering your call to ministry shouldn’t leave you buried in debt. Our tuition is only $65 per credit hour, making biblical education accessible and affordable for every believer called to serve.
Students may also CLEP out of core Biblical courses by exam, reducing both time and cost while honoring prior ministry experience. Accelerated degree options allow motivated students to earn their Associate, Bachelor, or advanced degrees faster — without compromising academic excellence or spiritual growth.
We also believe that every minister should be a Certified Life Coach.
Why? Because ministry today extends beyond the pulpit — it involves guiding, mentoring, and empowering others to live transformed lives. Coaching provides pastors and ministry leaders with practical tools to support emotional healing, goal setting, and personal growth in their congregations and communities.
That’s why our Pastoral Counseling/Coaching 3.0 course includes both International Life Coach Certification and Spiritual Life Coach Certification — at no additional cost — through a scholarship provided by The Adell Foundation as part of our “A Coach for Every Church” initiative.
Students who prefer can also enroll in the Life Coach Certification separately without committing to a degree program.

🎓 Refund and Withdrawal Policy

At Lamad University, we strive to operate in integrity, transparency, and fairness while maintaining the administrative standards necessary for our online academic programs. The following policy applies to all Certificate, Diploma, and Degree-level students.
🔹 Application and Registration Fees
All application and registration fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your enrollment and administrative processing and are not applied toward tuition.
🔹 Tuition Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- Withdrawal Prior to Class Start:
- A 100% tuition refund (excluding fees) will be issued if the student withdraws 14 days or more before the official start date of the course.

- Withdrawal During the First Week of Class:
- A 50% tuition refund will be issued if the student withdraws within the first 7 calendar days after the course begins.

- Withdrawal After the First Week:
- No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of class, as digital content, access to learning portals, and academic materials have already been distributed.
🔹 Affirm Payment Policy
Students who use Affirm or other third-party financing to pay tuition in full are not eligible for a full refund, as Affirm disburses the complete payment to Lamad University at the time of purchase.
Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the portion of tuition received by the institution after processing fees and financing deductions.
🔹 Withdrawal Procedure
To officially withdraw, students must:
- Submit a Withdrawal Request Form to the Registrar’s Office via email.
- Receive written confirmation of withdrawal.
- Students who fail to submit proper notice will remain financially responsible for the course tuition in full.
🔹 Program Withdrawal (Diploma and Degree Programs)
If a student withdraws from a multi-course program (e.g., Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate), the refund policy applies per course rather than to the entire program cost.
If the student received a discounted program rate, the completed courses will revert to the regular per-course rate before refund calculation.
🔹 Administrative Withdrawals
Lamad University reserves the right to administratively withdraw students for non-payment, academic dishonesty, or inactivity exceeding 30 days. No refunds will be issued for administrative withdrawals.
🔹 Reinstatement
Students who wish to re-enroll after withdrawal must:
- Submit a Reinstatement Request Form
- Pay a $25 reactivation fee
- Be in good financial and academic standing
🔹 Special Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be considered in documented emergencies (e.g., medical, military, or family hardship) at the discretion of the University Administration.

Program Description
The Online Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED Prep Program at Lamad University provides returning adults with the academic support, confidence, and structure needed to prepare for college-level coursework or ministry training.

This program is ideal for students who have been out of school for several years or who are preparing to earn their GED or high school equivalency diploma before enrolling in a Lamad University degree or certificate program.
Students receive self-paced online access to study materials, practice exams, and test-room resources for each five-week course term, which may be renewed every five (5) weeks until their educational goals are achieved.
Instruction is flexible and designed to meet the needs of adult learners balancing family, work, and ministry.
Educational Materials
Students enrolled in this prep program receive access to Lamad University’s online learning library, which includes a complete collection of study tools covering all K–12 subjects, early education, and Advanced Placement (AP) level materials.
The online library includes:

Academic and Educational Coaches
At Lamad University bible college, we are committed to advancing knowledge and finding solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. Students may reach their instructors or professors via email and Educational Coaches host group and one-to-one coaching sessions during the students 5-Week Program.
Instructor & Academic Coaching Support
- One-to-One Educational Coaching: Each student is paired with an Probono Academic or Educational Coach who provides individualized support, reviews progress, and offers feedback.
- BI-MONTHLY Progress Meetings: Students communicate with their Academic Coach BI-MONTHLY (via email, video conference or phone) to review accomplishments, address challenges, and set new academic goals. This accountablity space helps students stay on track.
- Online Communication: Instructors and coaches are available through email and monthly online video group conferences to assist with lessons, resources, and study strategies.
- Flexible Coaching: Academic Coaches may vary depending on the student’s subject area needs or availability.

Structure & cost
- A.Div. degree includes 13 courses at $65 per course (13 × $65 = $845 in course fees). Additional courses for B.Div, M.Div, and D.Div
- Credit for Lifetime Experience available (submit ministry bio/evidence).
- Up to 30 credit hours may transfer from an approved Bible college or U.S. DOE–recognized college.
- Accelerated Degree option: “CLEP-out” style exams; earn credit by passing the course exam(s) with 80%+.
