Watchful Oversight & Accountability Program

Are you an outreach minister or a pastor leading a congregation without an accountability partner outside of your family, church board, or deacon board?

The Watchful Oversight & Accountability Program is designed to provide spiritual covering, guidance, and balance for leaders in ministry. Participants are paired with a seasoned Apostle for 12 months of coaching, mentorship, and prayer support.

This program helps leaders:

• Maintain balance in ministry, family, and marriage 
• Identify and avoid common pitfalls in ministry 
• Recognize the subtle signs of spiritual abuse and unhealthy leadership patterns 
• Strengthen accountability, integrity, and spiritual discipline 

Participants receive:

• Ongoing one-on-one coaching and prayer support 
• Apostolic oversight and guidance 
• In-person or virtual visits every 6 months or more, as needed 

This mentorship often develops into a meaningful Elijah and Elisha–type relationship, grounded in trust, growth, and spiritual alignment.

• Correction in love 
• Encouragement and affirmation 
• Honest, watchful oversight designed to strengthen both the leader and the ministry
