Dr. Felicia Bellinger-Brown, D.Div, is the visionary founder of Lamad University Corp, where she leads with a passion for developing biblically grounded, purpose-driven leaders. She holds an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from World Christianship Ministries in South Lake Tahoe, California, and is a proud Associate of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Her coaching credentials include an International Life Coach Certification (2011) from the International Coaching Science Research Foundation in Roswell, Georgia, and completion of the Leader as Coach program through WellStar Health Systems (2021)—equipping her with a unique blend of spiritual, academic, and leadership training.
Dr. Bellinger-Brown is an ordained minister, and her spiritual covering and oversight are provided by Apostle Gregg Jacobs, who sits on the Executive Board of Covenant Fellowship in Chicago, IL.
At Lamad University, she teaches in the Biblical Studies Program, where her classes are known for their prophetic insight, practical application, and strong theological foundation. She is also the author of two powerful works that are now integrated into Lamad’s Certificate Programs:
- God’s Frequency: The Power of Prayer, Fasting, Praise, and Worship – A spiritual guide to aligning with Heaven through disciplined devotion.

Since answering the pastoral call in 1992, Apostle Jacobs has dedicated his life to evangelism, prophetic ministry, and developing strong secondary leadership within the Body of Christ. Known for preaching with boldness, power, and deep conviction, he flows in revelation knowledge and operates under a strong anointing in the gifts of prophecy, healing, and faith—bringing healing, transformation, and breakthrough to many.
A passionate builder of leaders, Apostle Jacobs has facilitated numerous Leadership and Prophetic Conferences throughout the Chicagoland area. His ministry is marked by the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit, resulting in salvation, healing, and deliverance.
His heart is to strengthen and uplift those who have struggled and to equip the next generation of ministry leaders with sound doctrine, spiritual authority, and apostolic covering.

Ordained in 1991 by the late Apostle Clifford Turner of Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church in Chicago, Illinois, Apostle Smith-Lee is a graduate of FGCAI School of Ministry and holds a Doctor of Divinity from Lamad University. Her ministry has always centered on prayer, prophetic intercession, and leadership development.
She is the founder of Fortifying the Walls School of Intercession—a training ground for intercessors and prayer warriors committed to standing in the gap for the Church and the nations. At Lamad University, she teaches in the Biblical Studies Program and offers specialized instruction based on her powerful manual, The Leadership Handbook for Ministry, equipping ministers with practical tools for effective and Spirit-led leadership.
With a strong foundation in biblical doctrine, a legacy of intercession, and a calling to raise up leaders, Apostle Smith-Lee is a vital voice in shaping Lamad’s mission to build and send out well-equipped, spiritually mature servants of God.
